Preparing for launch

CAVO is coming soon, bringing a creative network and a separate artist-backing interface into one app. This website currently welcomes expressions of interest. Membership and artist-backing features are planned for a later stage, once the product and legal framework are ready. Professional legal and regulatory review will be needed before any revenue-sharing opportunity opens.

Registering interest

Tell us how you would like to take part in CAVO's first network. Registration is non-binding and helps us understand interest ahead of launch. Selection, invitations and any future allocation would follow a separate process; registering alone creates no investment, reservation or priority right.

Understanding the examples

The £50,000 target, 10% offered share and £100 eligible-revenue examples show how the proposed calculation works. These figures are illustrations, rather than forecasts, valuations or recommendations. Actual participation and payments would follow each artist's agreement and eligible earnings.

Understanding revenue participation

• Revenue participation follows actual eligible earnings, which can vary and may be zero
• Backing involves financial risk: a backer may lose some or all capital
• A future revenue interest may be illiquid and may not be transferable

Building the right framework

Legal and regulatory review is part of CAVO's preparation for backing. Before invitations to a revenue-sharing opportunity open, a UK financial-services solicitor will need to review the proposed structure, intended audience, agreements and any required authorisation or approval.
