Website and submission terms
Terms of Use
Rules for using the CAVO website and sending an expression of interest.
Effective date: 9 September 2026
Who operates the website
CAVO is operated by Vasily Salikhov as an unincorporated project. Correspondence: 71 Bondway, London SW8 1SF, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@joincavo.com.
Using the website
By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its security, availability or other visitors. You must not upload malware, executables, archives, unlawful material or content that infringes another person's rights.
Expressions of interest
- A submission is non-binding
- Any response, invitation, selection or funding depends on fit and a separate process
- You confirm that information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You confirm that you have the right to upload or link the submitted material
- Investment, reservations, allocations and any priority rights would require a separate agreement; registration alone creates none
Portfolio rights
You retain ownership of submitted work. You give CAVO only the limited permission needed to store, reproduce internally and review it for the application and related discussions. CAVO will not publish, commercially exploit, train models on, sell or share portfolio work beyond necessary processors and authorised reviewers without a separate agreement or legal basis.
An unsolicited idea or submission is not automatically treated as commercially confidential unless a separate confidentiality agreement exists. Unsafe, unlawful, infringing or malicious files may be rejected or deleted.
CAVO website rights
The CAVO brand, website design, copy and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view and use the website for its intended purpose but may not reproduce or exploit it without permission.
Third-party links
Links to third-party websites are provided for context. CAVO does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security or content.
Availability and changes
The website and registration process will evolve as CAVO prepares for launch. Updates or maintenance may interrupt access, and the process may change or close. Important changes to these terms will be dated.
Your rights and contact
Your statutory rights and any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain protected. Any future membership or backing participation would have separate terms. Contact contact@joincavo.com with questions about these website terms.
